Tracking Your Order

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU)

For deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Canada, and the United States, local customs duties or VAT may apply on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. LUMIVÉDA cannot predict or control import fees — most orders clear without additional charges, but we cannot guarantee this.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please email contact@lumiveda.co.uk with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a full replacement or process a complete refund — your choice.

We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — including the original shipping cost.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@lumiveda.co.uk with: (1) your order number, (2) the reason for your return (optional), and (3) whether you prefer a refund or exchange. We process all requests within 1–2 business days.

Condition of Return

You do not need to return the product to claim a refund under our 30-day guarantee. For orders outside the guarantee window, items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Bank processing times may vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us with a photo and we will reship or refund immediately at no cost to you.
